OSG Analytics Welcomes Dave Spear

Dave Spear will be joining the OSG Analytics management team as Chief Sales Officer

Newtown, PA (June 7, 2021)

We are excited to welcome our new Chief Sales Officer, Dave Spear, to the OSG Family. In his role, Dave will be responsible for the management of our sales efforts, including personnel, passion, process, and performance.

Dave is joining OSG after spending over 20 years in sales and sales leadership for such companies as Cornerstone OnDemand, Ceridian, and ADP. He has a strong track record in delivering revenue goals, developing high-performing teams, taking organizations through major change & reorganization, and analyzing & executing sales strategies in ever-changing market conditions. Dave has held multiple leadership roles across various industry verticals to include running both large and mid-enterprise sales teams. Dave is very passionate about helping the continued development of people, both personally and professionally.

Dave earned his bachelor’s degree at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.  He is also a veteran of the US Army. Dave continues to be active in his community as a coach of youth sports and active board member, holding various positions.  He is currently the President and member of the Board of Governor’s for the Pine Richland Ice Hockey Organization. Dave and his wife Megan reside in Pittsburgh, PA with their two teenage sons.
