We at OSG operate under the idea of being “double-blind” in our market research practice, where the respondent will not know who the client is, and the client will not know who the respondent is, to protect their confidentiality.

How do we store your data?

Your data, that you provide us, will be stored on our CRM system to enable us to carry out the necessary steps to provide you with the service/information requested. In some cases, we may get your information from a third party or partner company. This information will only be shared with us if you had provided the third party or partner company with prior consent to do so.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed.   • We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site, but we may do so in the future.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. Fair Information Practices

We collect your email address to:

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions
  • Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred

To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM, we agree to the following:

  • Not use false or misleading subject lines or email addresses.
  • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
  • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.

If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
